When we first decided to buy a home we were thinking it was going to be a long stressful process. It did start out that way when we started working with our first mortgage lending company. It was definitely stressful at times and the service was poor. We were passed around to different loan consultants and it just got frustrating since they were never really on the same page. Until I went to John Sanchez and Fairway. I was referred to John Sanchez and the Fairway team by a good friend of mine that is also a real estate broker. From the very beginning John and his team went out of their way to get us a great mortgage loan. They were very professional and fast to get us approved for the loan we wanted. It was a very pleasant process, very smooth and not stressful at all. We needed a specific loan and John was able to get it for us when other companies said we can’t. John and his team were very detailed and organized when they put my loan together. They told me not to worry and they were right. Hello, I’d like to take a few moments to share with you my experience with John Sanchez and Fairway Mortgage. Mr. Sanchez came highly recommended by my mother who had known him through her work as a Realtor. Generally, if my (very critical) mother speaks highly of someone, I know that I will have a good experience. This case was no different. My journey to homeownership was not as easy and straightforward as some. I was not nave about the potential difficulty of my situation and I had my doubts that owning a home could even be a reality. John, on the other hand, recognized my desire and determination as mirroring his o wn, and knew that he was going to make my dreams a reality. Not wanting to allow me delusions of grandeur, he sat me down and gave me the honest truth. There was a long road ahead of me and a lot of work that I had to do. That was an understatement. During the biggest bumps, he always found a way to share a laugh and ease my disappointment, reass uring me I t’s not if, just when. Did I mention that my journey was a long one? John worked with me for over two years. When others of lesser mettle would have given up to move on to easier clients, he stuck with me as a mentor and a friend. As a mentor, John made sure I understood what was happening and what I needed to do every step of the way. At this point, I’ve learned so much that I could almost start a second career in mortgage! Bottom line, John Sanchez and all the people at Fairway are the coaches, cheerleaders, mascots, fans and warriors you want on your team. Thanks John!
